The Year 10 Essential Mathematics students will again be participating in the $20 Boss program this year.
Students work in groups to start their own social enterprise, a small business with the aim of generating a profit while doing something good for people and the planet (3P’s).
Classes travelled to the Adelaide Central Market to conduct some research into market stalls and get some ideas for their businesses. The students were able to observe various marketing techniques in action, make price comparisons and talk to stall owners about their businesses.
