Last Thursday, Kildare played against Paralowie High School in the Year 10 Girls Knockout Volleyball. This was the first time that we have used our new gym for an interschool sporting competition.
Paralowie were a very strong team, but our players were competitive and able to win lots of rallies. Some excellent overarm serving from Ruby Willner, Cristina Vottari and Alyssa Evans was just as strong as the serving from Paralowie, while players such as Ritz Ardenete and Caitlin Patton were very agile and managed to get the ball back in play from very tricky situations.

Final score: Paralowie 3 sets (75points) defeated Kildare 0 sets (43 points).
