On Monday 13 May, students from the Pastoral Care class CC, worked together during lunchtime and lessons 6 and 7 earlier this month, to create chocolates for Caritas.
During this time we laughed at our chocolate painting skills, managed to spill melted chocolate on our hands that we then had to lick off and learnt how to incorporate soft caramel into the middle of chocolates.
We worked hard during the 2 hours to make interesting and varied chocolates to sell the following Friday.
This event could not have occurred without the incredible support of Anna Hofmeyer owner of the Adelaide Chocolate School in North Adelaide. A big thankyou to all the staff and students who supported our chocolate sales last Friday.
We raised a grand total of $163.70
