Eye-Opening Optics

22.03.19

On a recent outing to Flinders University the Year 11 Physics class collaborated together on experiments involving the absorption, reflection and diffraction of light using a laser beam.

The students also had the opportunity to visit The New Venture Institute to view one of the world's most advanced 3D volumetric displays; an interactive hologram that can be viewed from any direction without glasses! Overall, a day of eye-opening optics for our students.
