The 2025 Senior Years Music Night showcased the talents, dedication, and teamwork of our Senior Years Music students.
Held at the Osmond Terrace Function Centre, 'Heroes and Legends' featured an impressive range of performances, including classics by Billy Joel, Fleetwood Mac, and Stevie Wonder. The intimate setting created a strong connection between performers and the audience, highlighting the students' hard work and passion. This performance was a true celebration of music.

Beach Volleyball is underway with three teams recently competing in the Beach Volleyball Carnival. Our Year 7 team won their final, with our Years 8 and 9 teams narrowing missing out on competing in the finals.
Competing in the SACSSGSA Athletics Carnival, our students placed 3rd overall in the B Grade. Our Under 13 and Under 16 age groups both finished 1st in their category.
At the Track and Field Championships our U/13 and U/16 Relay teams finished first in their respective events and, alongside incredible individual achievements, our students came 4th out of 9 schools in Division 1 in our Grade.
Well done to everyone who participated in these events, showcased their talents and represented the College.
The spirit of Harmony Week was alive at Kildare with a week full of activities, from an inspiring assembly to engaging collaborative activities. The celebration culminated in a 'High Tea Around the World,' featuring an array of delicious treats made by our Living Justice | Living Peace Group and Chai and Chat Group, offering a global taste experience that brought the community together in a vibrant display of cultural harmony.
A splash of green filled Kildare College today as staff and students celebrated St Patrick's Day!
St Patrick and St Brigid are patron saints of Ireland and are well known for their roles in converting people to Christianity during their time.

With a mix of excitement and nervous energy, our Year 7 students embarked on their first Kildare College camp!
The theme, Cultivating Connections, came to life as they embraced each challenge, participated in activities, and supported one another along the way.
The Year 7 Camp was a fantastic opportunity for students to build connections with one another and with our Year 11 Peer Support Leaders, who provided exceptional encouragement and support throughout the experience.
The International Women's Day (IWD) theme, Accelerate Action, holds particular significance for girls' schools. It serves as a reminder to reflect on the importance of empowering young women and encouraging them to realise their full potential.
Our students attended the Tea Tree Gully IWD Event with Guest Speaker Fiona McIntosh, Australian Author, who shared her story and messages of inspiration. Also venturing to the Adelaide Secondary Youth Leadership Conference, students were immersed in self-discovery, empowerment, and leadership development. Today, students collaborated with each other creating an affirmation message board.

Celebrating the beginning of Lent, our College community enjoyed delicious pancakes yesterday for Shrove Tuesday with all funds raised to be donated to Caritas for Project Compassion. Today, our students engaged in an Ash Wednesday Liturgy acknowledging the beginning of the season of reflection and prayer
Open Doors. Open Minds. Open Hearts. The theme of our Opening College Mass was a beautiful way to celebrate and reflect on our Core Value of Hospitality.
After the Mass, we acknowledged the leadership and dedication of our 2025 Student Leaders and Peer Support Leaders. We also celebrated our Year 7 students who were presented with a gift, while our Year 12 students received their Senior Badge, a symbol they will wear with pride throughout their final year of school.
Yesterday we were delighted to celebrate the achievements of our 2024 Semester 2 students at our Middle Years Academic Awards Assembly.
Our musicians' harmonies were beautiful, demonstrating their exceptional vocal techniques. Our Year 7 Scholarship Dancers who performed for the first time at Kildare, with some of our Year 8 Special Entry Dance Program students had the audience transfixed with their gracefulness and precision.
It was a wonderful occasion to acknowledge the dedication and achievements of our students.
Our Year 11 Retreat was a chance to reflect, connect, and practice compassion while contributing to a meaningful cause.
At Kingpin Bowling, students bonded through fun activities, with bowling serving as a metaphor for life’s ups and downs and a reminder to stay resilient. Led by Nikki Carabetta, students learnt about Indigenous communities through a traditional weaving workshop, creating earrings to support the NATSICC SafePlace Program, which provides essential items to Indigenous families.
