Year 12 Brunch Creations

Finding inspiration from Adelaide cafes, the Year 12 Food and Hospitality class created their own brunch meals. 

These included creative waffle dishes, school made sour dough with a variety of toppings and various other contemporary dishes.

Students also used edible flowers and parsley grown in the Food and Hospitality garden.
