Often, at this time of the year we begin to make plans for next year, however Middle Years students still have six more weeks of school until the academic year is finished.
Term 4 can be challenging to remain focused as students in the Senior Years begin exams and their academic year draws to a close. Please encourage your daughter to continue to strive to achieve her best. There are still a number of opportunities to improve her grades before the end of the year. I would encourage you to talk to your daughter about setting some achievable academic goals for the next few weeks to help maintain her focus.
As part of our planning for 2019 students will have the opportunity to provide the names of four students with whom they would like to be placed in Core Classes. We can only guarantee one of your daughter’s choices as we need to ensure that classes are academically and socially balanced. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns.
