Child Protection

Child Protection

Kildare College has zero tolerance for child abuse and is committed to the protection of all children from all forms of abuse, grooming and neglect.

The Kildare College Child Protection Program is made up of work systems, practices, policies and procedures designed to maintain a child safe environment and to embed an organisational culture of child safety within the college community.

To report a reasonable suspicion that a child has been, or is being, abused or neglected phone the Child Abuse Report Line (CARL) on 13 14 78. The report line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you need guidance on making a report, or have questions regarding child safety, contact one of the College’s appointed Child Protection Officers.
