The day began with a contemporary dance class run by Lewis Major, a professional choreographer trained in Australia and now working in the UK and France. Students also participated in a choreography workshop designed to inspire fresh ideas and approaches to their choreographic piece. The final workshop looked at Dance Film and how this genre can be accessed as another element of choreography.
The dance students approached the day with positivity and embraced the new skills and ideas being taught. The dance class came away with new skills, inspiration and tips and ideas that will support them throughout the course.
