Cooking with delicious SA produce

The Year 12 Food & Hospitality class recently completed their SA produce practical, using produce purchased from the Adelaide Central Markets.

The students used Kangaroo Island bacon which they smoked themselves, Barossa Valley scotch fillet and a wide range of SA  grown vegetables.

The students plated their food using contemporary styles practiced in class.
