Outdoor Education

25.05.18

The Year 11 Outdoor Education class has been busy preparing for their upcoming camp.

While planning routes, learning about navigation and cooking on camping stoves, they have been increasing their fitness level with walks. One of the extended walks was to Anstey's Hill to show them what it is like to walk steeper terrain with a large and weighted backpack. The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to their two night camp at Mt Crawford in the coming weeks.
